The STR-Y6453 is power IC for quasi-resonant switching type power supplies, incorporating a power MOSFET and an controller IC. The product is automatically switched to the quasi-resonant operation, one bottom skip quasi-resonant operation and two bottom skip operation in normal operation, and to the burst oscillation operation in light load. That realizes the low standby power and a power supply system with high cost performance, low external part count can be easily composed.
