Please ensure that you provide us with the correct contact detail and postal address and postal code, as your order will be shipped to the post office with that postal code that you have nominated and entered onto the system.
We instruct the post office on your behalf to deliver to the postal address nominated by you,and ownership changes to you when we provide you with the tracking number. Lantis Electronics will not be held responsible for lost,stolen or undelivered parcels.

We endeavour to help our customers tracking their parcel on their behalf, but this is done manually and information intervals may vary.
Kindly note that shipping with SAPO might be influenced unexpectedly by things beyond our control such as strikes, load shedding etc. Where possible we will notify a customer of any possible delay at the earliest possible convenience.
This is strictly a counter to counter service and there are no deliveries to street addresses.
We offer the The Courier Guy couriers as an option. Goods are shipped in the A3 plastic envelope (flyer). This is a door to door service, it is imperative that you enter a street address for delivery if you want to use this option. No deliveries can be done to postal addressess.

You are free to collect from our office in Pretoria or instruct you own courier to collect the item from us, the courier must be paid by you.
We only release orders that is fully paid.
